Vision: to be a dynasty program that produces champions on and off the court.

Mission: to compete at the highest level, both athletically and academically.

Joey has been coaching in some fashion for 22 years (basketball, volleyball, financial advisor). He has been coaching volleyball for 8 years and entering his first season at Manchester High School. He also coaches the boys' program at River City Volleyball Academy. Joey graduated from Liberty University, recently received his second Master's degree from Regent University, and will continue to pursue his Ph.D. in education. After being a financial advisor for 10 years, he switched careers to become a high school teacher and is currently teaching marketing classes at James River High School. He lives in Midlothian with his wife, Kristen, an assistant coach, and three kids.
